at the louvre -- paris's biggest museum -- one of the most popular attractions is the mona lisa. there is a big cluster of people all around, etching to get a look at mona lisa's smile. the kids were so patient as they inched there way little by little through the crowd. it was worth it, within a couple of minutes we were standing face to face with mona lisa. she is smaller in person than i had imagined, but she is just as pretty.
