Out on the town

Yesterday, we took the double decker to town. We had to go to the post office to send some most important letter to the Justice Department in order to be able to stay in Ireland for the whole year and to be able to register the kids in school. A simple formality, one would think, especially after being advised by the Irish Embassy in Canada. If you have seen "Les douze travaux d'Asterix", when Asterix and Obelix go to the 'crazy office' and need to fill out a form... you know what formality means.
It was luchtime and we walked to Juno's Cafe: http://junoscafe.com/
There we had the most delicious meal:
- a bowl of mushroom soup, made with real mushrooms, served with a slice of fresh soda bread;
- a cup of tomato and basil soup, not Mrs. Campbell's, served in a coffee cup (the kids thought it was pretty silly);
- a roastbeef sandwich with rocket;
- Fish & Chips, Blossom in cider batter with homemade tartar sauce;
- Pan fried Cumberland sausages and mash with onion gravy.

Thanks to Ronan and Dashiell for travelling to England earlier this year. Their comments on the food were heard loud and clear. Hence Magalie had bangers and mash and the boys shared the fish and chips without any hesitations!
