In the Irish News
In a surprise visit, soon to be Princess, Kate Middleton, was in Belfast yesterday - so was Rachel - flipping pancakes for the crowd. She is getting married to Andrew, Prince of Wales, at the end of April. Since we haven't been invited to the ceremony, we are coming back to Kingston. Also, the Queen, herself, is planning a visit to Ireland in May. It would be the first visit to the Republic from a British monarch in 100 years.

Published in Journal of Food Science, scientists settle the issue and reveal that Guinness tastes better in Ireland. They tested Guinness in several countries, including Ireland, and the results
showed that: "On the overall score, the average Irish pint rated 74. The average for all other countries was 57." Why is that? Your conclusions here...
